PLDT still continues to dominate as the worse provider in
the country. With APEC being hosted by the Philippines it seems that the
Filipino people are taking the burden of this disturbance. PLDT has allotted 8.5
GBPS for the APEC summit but cannot provide a decent connection for its
thousands of consumers.
Which brings the fact that PLDT is actually just showing off
their capabilities to their visitors. Netizens have already expressed their
frustrations of the alleged slowing down of configurations. Which is in fact
already done by PLDT a million times over with their consumers.
